Jeff Swenson

Jeff is a seasoned entrepreneur who has held 
leadership roles in the planning, design, sales and construction of more than $2 billion worth of urban residential, commercial & logistics-related real estate development over the past 35 years. The portfolio includes a diverse mix of unique projects that all have a common theme of enhancing the experience of people and companies in how they live, work and play.

John Larkin is a well-recognized and highly respected industry authority in the transportation sector.  For over 35 years, he has held multiple investment banking roles and led market research, deal sourcing, capital raising, and value creation for transportation related investments with Venture 53, Clarendon Capital and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc.  John was also previously involved in senior executive operational roles with RailWorks Corporation, Alex Brown and Sons, and CSX Transportation.  Over the years, Mr. Larkin has been recognized on numerous occasions as an all-star analyst by Institutional Investor magazine and the Wall Street Journal. As an expert advisor, John is involved as a Board Advisor or Director for Freightwaves, Haul, LoadSmart, DFMData, On-Ramp Payments, Tuckl.io, Interstate Health System, Leaf Logistics, MyCarrier, ITF Group, DragonFly Batteries, and LineHaul Station.  Mr. Larkin earned his MBA from Harvard University in 1984, a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1978, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont in 1977. John is married to his wife, Nancy, of 39 years and they are the proud parents of four adult children.

Currently, the Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Daseke (DSKE), John has been a principal equity owner in asset-based trucking companies for two decades.  Daseke operates approximately 4,500 tractors and 11,000 trailers in the specialized transportation sector.  He also has more than 40 years of experience in investment banking and private equity with Goldman, Sachs & Co, Citicorp Real Estate & Pinecreek Capital. As a Board Advisor for LineHaul Station, John brings a wealth of trucking operation experience and is highly regarded for his turn-around of a major carrier of high security transportation. John earned an undergraduate degree at the University of Boulder and an MBA at UCLA. John is married to his wife, Ellen, and they have two young adult children.

Craig Hughes is a 40-year veteran in the transportation industry. He is currently the Chairman of Total Transit, Inc. which he founded in 1984. Simultaneous to owning Total Transit, Craig launched, built, and sold Veyo, a company that is a next generation healthcare logistics company disrupting the Medicaid Transportation market.  Craig earned a BSBA in Transportation & Marketing at the University of Arkansas in 1976 and has been named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Sam M Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, Innovative Company of the Year by Arizona Corporate Excellence and received the Innovation in Entrepreneurship Award by the Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business.
